Studies have analyzed the regulation mechanism of primordial germ cell (PGC) formation at the transcriptional level, but few at the protein level, showing the mechanism analysis of PGC formation not systematic. We collected embryonic stem cells and PGC using a novel sampling strategy and performed label-free proteomics to screen for differential expression proteins (DEPs) in PGC formation.
已有研究从转录组层面解析了原始生殖细胞(primordial germ cell, PGC)形成的调控机制,但针对蛋白质层面的相关研究仍较为匮乏,致使PGC形成的机制分析尚不系统。本研究采用新型采样策略收集胚胎干细胞与原始生殖细胞,并通过无标记蛋白质组学技术筛选PGC形成过程中的差异表达蛋白(differential expression proteins, DEPs)。
