B-Plan No. 3 “North of the Lönsweg”, 3 rd Amendment, Municipality Hambühren

In the legally binding plan no.3 of 1964 ISJ Site of the former waterworks west of Ostlanstraße for a building with mandatory two-storey and three-storey buildings Row and multi-family houses. After the whole the rest of the planned area is now under construction. this site is freed from the ruins of the former buildings and be built up. Due to the intended change in the division between the different types of houses and the the present shift in building boundaries is 3, Plan of amendment. As an explanation of the planned type of development is an integral part the reason for a building design i.M, 1:1000 it has been elaborated.1964年ISJ第3号具有法律约束力的规划文件明确：奥斯特兰大街（Ostlanstraße）西侧的原自来水厂地块，将用于建设强制要求设置两层及三层建筑的联排住宅与多户住宅。该规划区域的其余部分现已全面开工建设。本次开发地块已完成原有建筑废墟清理，将启动开发建设。因住宅类型划分拟进行调整，且建筑边界亦发生当前变更，故制定本第3号修订规划。作为规划开发类型说明的必要组成部分，该比例为1:1000的建筑设计方案已详细编制完成。
