SARS-CoV-2 transmission and impacts of unvaccinated-only screening in populations of mixed vaccination status

To evaluate the spread of SARS-CoV-2 in populations of mixed vaccination status, focusing on three critical questions. First, how do vaccinated and unvaccinated populations each contribute to community spread and hospitalizations, second, how do testing-based screening programs focused on unvaccinated individuals alone affect community spread and hospitalizations? third, how effective are delta-era screening strategies likely to be against variants with higher breakthrough and reinfection rates?
