本研究借助微阵列技术（microarray technology）开展基因谱分析，旨在鉴定Hem1基因敲除（Hem1 KO，Knockout）与Hem1野生型（Hem1 WT，Wild Type）小鼠骨髓分化巨噬细胞中的差异表达基因。实验过程中，每种基因型各选取2只不同个体小鼠的骨髓，经体外（in vitro）诱导分化为巨噬细胞后，收集细胞用于后续分析。
