This dissertation presents a search for anomalous Higgs and vector boson couplings with ZZH VBS events. The 2016-2018 Run II period for the CMS detector at CERN's LHC provides a dataset with an integrated luminosity of 137fb^-1 of 13TeV center of mass energy proton-proton collisions. This analysis sets bounds on K2V, the ratio of the quartic Higgs-gauge coupling (HHVV) parameter to its standard model value, as $-2.25
