湖北省1：400万县级行政区划数据集（1981年）包括湖北省1981年县级行政区划数据和县级行政驻地点数据。县级行政区划数据包括了县级行政单元的名称、拼音、行政区划代码、变迁情况等信息；驻地点数据包括县级行政单元驻地的位置信息，驻地的级别、变迁情况等信息。
Hubei Province 1:4 Million County-level Administrative Division Dataset (1981) encompasses two components: the 1981 county-level administrative division data of Hubei Province, and the county-level administrative resident location data. The county-level administrative division data covers information including the name, pinyin, administrative division code, and historical changes of county-level administrative units; the resident location data includes the geographic location of the residences of county-level administrative units, as well as the level of the residences and their historical changes.
