Comparison of commensal bacteria among mice different synthetic diet and normal chow.

To examine the difference in the gut microbial community in the mice fed different synthetic diet or normal chow under developing collagen induced arthiritis. We performed 16S ribosomal RNA (rRNA) amplicon sequence analysis of the fecal sample in comparison with those of wild type mice (n = 5-10). The V3 and V4 regions of the 16S rRNA gene were sequenced using MiSeq 600 cycle v3 kit (Illumina).

本研究旨在探究处于胶原诱导性关节炎（collagen induced arthritis, CIA）造模过程中，分别饲喂不同合成饲料与普通饲料的小鼠肠道微生物群落差异。我们对粪便样本开展16S核糖体RNA（16S ribosomal RNA, rRNA）扩增子测序分析，并与样本量为5-10的野生型小鼠粪便样本进行对照。16S rRNA基因的V3与V4可变区采用Illumina公司的MiSeq 600循环v3试剂盒完成测序。
