Snapshot of Insect Biome Atlas data for Madagascar from GBIF

Snapshots of two GBIF datasets CO1 Amplicon Sequence Variants of leaf litter arthropod communities collected at Malaise traps from the Insect Biome Atlas project in Madagascar (https://doi.org/10.15468/pad7pc) and CO1 Amplicon Sequence Variants of bulk arthropod samples (mild lysis) collected with Malaise traps from the Insect Biome Atlas project in Madagascar (https://doi.org/10.15468/6u5rum). These files are the versions containing GBIF annotations, such as assignment to the GBIF backbone taxonomy.本数据集包含两套全球生物多样性信息设施（Global Biodiversity Information Facility，简称GBIF）的快照版本数据集：其一为马达加斯加昆虫生物组图谱（Insect Biome Atlas）项目中，通过马氏诱捕器（Malaise trap）采集的地表枯枝落叶节肢动物群落的CO1扩增子序列变异（CO1 Amplicon Sequence Variants）数据，对应链接为https://doi.org/10.15468/pad7pc；其二为该项目同期通过马氏诱捕器采集的、经温和裂解处理的批量节肢动物样本的CO1扩增子序列变异数据，对应链接为https://doi.org/10.15468/6u5rum。上述文件均为带有GBIF注释的版本，例如匹配至GBIF骨干分类系统（GBIF backbone taxonomy）的标注。
