RNA-seq of MDA-MB-231 cells with various levels of FANCA expression

FANCA, one of the 23 fanconi anemia genes, is elevated in breast cancer. High-FANCA expression promotes cell proliferation in breast cancer. In order to determine the mechanisms how FANCA plays a role in breast cancer development, we manipulated FANCA expression in human breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231 by overexpression and knockout and performed RNA-seq.

FANCA作为23个范可尼贫血（Fanconi Anemia）基因之一，在乳腺癌中表达上调。高表达FANCA可促进乳腺癌细胞增殖。为阐明FANCA在乳腺癌发生发展中的作用机制，我们通过过表达与基因敲除技术，对人乳腺癌细胞系MDA-MB-231中的FANCA表达进行了调控，并开展了RNA-seq实验。
