Replication Data for: Mask Mandates, Misinformation, and Data Voids in Local News Coverage of COVID-19

This is replication data for the APSA preprint paper "Mask Mandates, Misinformation, and Data Voids in Local News Coverage of COVID-19" gathered from MediaCloud. The dataset contains .csvs for the media data analyzed for each of the sampled states. Data includes original datasets (some states have two - one dataset before a mask mandate, the other dataset for after the mandates) and cleaned datasets (with removed duplicates).

本数据集为美国政治科学协会（APSA）预印本论文《口罩强制令、错误信息与新冠疫情地方新闻报道中的数据空白》的复制数据集，数据从媒体云（MediaCloud）采集获得。数据集包含针对各抽样州开展媒体分析所用的逗号分隔值（CSV）文件，涵盖原始数据集（部分州包含两类数据集——一类为口罩强制令发布前的数据集，另一类为强制令发布后的数据集）以及经去重处理后的清理后数据集。
