Common bean, Negro Agel and Bat477 nodule transcriptome under drought stress. Phaseolus vulgaris

The RNA-Seq approach was used to investigate the transcriptome of common bean nodule under drought in two genotypes which differ in drought tolerance during BNF.本研究采用RNA测序（RNA-Seq）技术，探究了两个在生物固氮（Biological Nitrogen Fixation，BNF）过程中耐旱性存在差异的普通菜豆基因型的根瘤在干旱胁迫下的转录组。
