A new global dataset on all offensives by rebel groups on a national capital of a recognised state, from 1945 to 2021. The dataset includes variables for rebel negotiation, military velocity, political inclusivity of the rebel group, and recognition year of new rebel governments. 50 dyads of attempts by a rebel group to capture a national capital are identified, which are then disaggregated into a second time-series dataset.

本数据集为1945年至2021年间，所有反叛团体针对得到国际承认的主权国家首都发起进攻行为的全新全球数据集。该数据集涵盖反叛团体谈判态势、军事机动速度、反叛团体政治包容性以及反叛政权承认年份等变量。本次研究共识别出50组反叛团体夺取主权国家首都的尝试案例，并将其拆解为二级时序数据集。
