Additional file 20. Expression of genes implicated in innate immunity and the control of gene expression in noninfected models. The average of DESeq2-normalized counts transformed into logs was calculated for the control condition of the ST cells, piglet jejunums and 2D organoids. The first and second sheets display the activation and inhibition of the immune innate system, respectively. The third sheet presents the values for the genes involved in the control of gene expression.
