Drosophila melanogaster genomes from museum specimens

These genomes were extracted from 9 Drosophila melanogaster specimens collected in Sweden, Denmark, and Germany during the 1800s and 15 specimens collected in Sweden in 1933. They were used for a study analyzing genetic differences between the historical genomes and current populations of European Drosophila.
