Drosophila melanogaster genomes from museum specimens

These genomes were extracted from 9 Drosophila melanogaster specimens collected in Sweden, Denmark, and Germany during the 1800s and 15 specimens collected in Sweden in 1933. They were used for a study analyzing genetic differences between the historical genomes and current populations of European Drosophila.本数据集的基因组提取自24份黑腹果蝇（Drosophila melanogaster）标本，其中9份采集于19世纪的瑞典、丹麦与德国，剩余15份采集于1933年的瑞典。该数据集被用于一项分析欧洲果蝇历史基因组与当前种群间遗传差异的研究。
