We are comparing 2 genotypes descending from a RIL from the Cvi x Col (H1 is Col allele containing HIF, and A2 is Cvi allele containing HIF). Overall design: 2 dye-swap - genotype comparison
数据集标识:ra09-01_qtlleafgrowth - ego3。本研究旨在探究定位在调控茎生长且已在基因层面鉴定的SG3、SG1与EGO3基因座上的等位基因差异所产生的转录组效应。实验植株均培养于添加60 mM甘露醇的体外培养体系中,本研究在此体系中完成了目标数量性状基因座(Quantitative Trait Locus, QTL)的定位与克隆,借此可观测与自然等位基因分离相关的表型。本研究比较的两个基因型均源自Cvi生态型与Col生态型杂交获得的重组近交系(Recombinant Inbred Line, RIL):其中H1为携带HIF的Col等位基因,A2为携带HIF的Cvi等位基因。实验整体设计:采用2次染料互换的基因型比较实验方案。
