The aim of the research is to characterize the diversity and microbiological activity of soils formed on the surface of zinc-lead waste heaps, with natural plant cover (forest) and soils formed on much younger heaps (recultuvated by planted with larch), as well as to study the variability of communities inhabiting the top soil (up to 15 cm ) and the layer located from 15 to 30 cm below the surface. Soil physico-chemical parameters, enzymatic activity, the concentration of operational fractions of heavy metals (Zn, Pb, Fe, Cd) will be also analyzed.

本研究旨在:一是表征两类土壤的多样性与微生物活性——一类为发育于锌铅尾矿堆表面、覆盖天然森林植被的土壤,另一类为发育于更年轻、经人工栽植落叶松复垦的尾矿堆的土壤;二是探究栖息于表层土壤(0~15cm)及地表以下15~30cm土层的微生物群落的变异特性。此外,本研究还将分析土壤理化参数、酶活性,以及锌(Zn)、铅(Pb)、铁(Fe)、镉(Cd)的重金属有效态浓度。
