Mycobacterium_abscessus_cgMLST_scheme_v1.zip

chewBBACA generated first version of a cgMLST scheme for the <i>Mycobacterium abscessus</i> complex (MABC) subspecies, based on 1,262 ORFs, with a subset scheme of 882 genes. Folder contains the gene lists and the alleles identified in 1,663 MABC genomes. It can be directly used with chewBBACA version 2.8.5.

chewBBACA 针对脓肿分枝杆菌复合群（Mycobacterium abscessus complex, MABC）亚种生成了首个核心基因组多位点序列分型（core genome Multilocus Sequence Typing, cgMLST）方案，该方案基于1262个开放阅读框（Open Reading Frame, ORF），并附带一套包含882个基因的子集方案。本数据集文件夹包含相关基因列表以及在1663个MABC基因组中鉴定得到的等位基因，该方案可直接与chewBBACA 2.8.5版本配合使用。
