Major, Trace , and Rare earth element concentrations of aeolian sediments from the Kumkol Desert and fluvial deposits from the Arca and Qimantag Mountains

Dune samples from the Kumkol Desert and riverbed samples from the Arca and Qimantag Mountains were collected, and we obtained the minimum, maximum, and average values of major, trace, and rare earth elements for these three regions. This data has significant application value for interpreting the provenance of the Kumkol Desert on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in China.

我们采集了库姆科尔沙漠（Kumkol Desert）的沙丘样品与阿尔卡（Arca）、祁曼塔格山脉（Qimantag Mountains）的河床沉积物样品，并获取了上述三个区域常量元素、微量元素与稀土元素的最小值、最大值及平均值。本数据集对于解析中国青藏高原库姆科尔沙漠的物源具有重要应用价值。
