Reproducible analysis archive for colorectal cancer liver metastasis cross-cohort single-cell analysis

This machine-readable archive contains the analysis code, frozen gene sets and scoring definitions, environment specification, derived tables, figure data, accession manifests and integrity checksums used for the PeerJ Research Article on colorectal cancer liver metastasis. Original GEO, CELLxGENE and cBioPortal matrices are not redistributed; metadata/accession_manifest.csv provides public retrieval information. The patient or patient-tissue group is the inferential unit, and cells are not treated as independent replicates. Tables S1-S16 and the joint abundance-state-complexity audit are included.
