Amplicon-Based Microbial Community Profiling of Agricultural Soil from a Pineapple Farm in Malaysia

This sample represents a soil microbiome collected from an agricultural pineapple farm in Malaysia. DNA was extracted from the soil and used to amplify the 16S rRNA gene to study the bacterial community. Sequencing was performed using the Oxford Nanopore MinION platform. The objective of this study is to assess the microbial diversity in agricultural soils and provide baseline data for understanding the impact of land use on soil microbiota in tropical farming environments.

本样本采集自马来西亚一处农业菠萝种植园的土壤微生物组。研究人员从土壤中提取脱氧核糖核酸（DNA），并扩增16S rRNA基因以研究细菌群落。测序工作采用牛津纳米孔MinION测序平台完成。本研究旨在评估农业土壤中的微生物多样性，并为理解热带农业环境中土地利用对土壤微生物群落的影响提供基准数据。
