To investigate the functional significance of the SRP72 p.R124S mutation, we overexpressed the mutant protein in K562 myeloid leukemia cells and analysed global gene expression changes using RNA-seq. Overall design: Differential gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for K562 cells expressing SRP72 p.R124S mutant and wild-type SRP72.为探究SRP72 p.R124S突变的功能意义，我们在K562髓系白血病细胞中过表达该突变蛋白，并通过RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析全基因组基因表达变化。整体实验设计：对表达SRP72 p.R124S突变体与野生型SRP72的K562细胞的RNA-seq数据进行差异基因表达谱分析。
