We here report the draft genome sequences of three Vibrio strains isolated from healthy (Evh13) and necrotic (Evd3 and Evd11) gorgonian coral tissue. The size of their genomes ranges from 4.89 Mb (Evh13) to 5.38 Mb (Evd3) and their GC content is about 44%. The genomes contain between 4347 (Evh13) and 4787 (Evd11) coding sequences and between 60 (Evd11) and 110 (Evd3) RNA genes. Closest type species were identified by RDP (https://rdp.cme.msu.edu; April 2018) as Vibrio kanaloae LMG 20539 (Evh13), V. artabrorum LMG 23865 (Evd3) and V. tasmaniensis LMG 20012 (Evd11).
