Oral microbiome composition of Agta hunter-gatherers (16S)

To investigate the factors affecting the composition of the oral microbiome of Agta hunter-gatherers from the Philippines, we sequenced the 16S rRNA region from saliva samples from the Agta population (hunter-gatherers from Philippines) together with BaYaka (hunter-gatherers from Congo) and Palanan farmers (neighboring population of the Agta).EGA study EGAS00001005317为探究菲律宾阿格塔狩猎采集者口腔微生物组组成的影响因素，我们对阿格塔人群（菲律宾狩猎采集者）、巴亚卡人群（刚果狩猎采集者）以及帕拉南农民（阿格塔的邻近人群）的唾液样本中的16S核糖体RNA（16S rRNA）区域进行了测序。本研究为EGA数据库（European Genome-phenome Archive）收录的EGAS00001005317号研究。
