Stroke Centers Benchmarking data

A retrospective analysis of nationwide data from the Czech Republic covering the years 2019 to 2023 was conducted. Quality indicators were derived from the National Registry of Reimbursed Health Services (NRRHS) and the Registry of Stroke Care Quality (RES-Q). We assessed changes in 5-, 30-, and 90-day case fatality rates; treatment rates (intravenous thrombolysis and mechanical thrombectomy); process times; intensive care access rates; and secondary prevention prescription rates.

本研究针对捷克2019至2023年的全国性数据开展了回顾性分析。本研究的质量指标来源于医保报销医疗服务全国登记库（National Registry of Reimbursed Health Services, NRRHS）与卒中护理质量登记库（Registry of Stroke Care Quality, RES-Q）。本研究评估了多项指标的变化情况，包括发病后5日、30日及90日的病死率；静脉溶栓（intravenous thrombolysis）与机械取栓（mechanical thrombectomy）的治疗率；诊疗流程时长；重症监护接入率；以及二级预防处方率。
