2016-2020年北京组织细胞病二代测序突变谱数据

本数据集组织细胞病的基因组DNA二代测序数据，共约73例。采集地点为北京，采集时间为2016年至2020年，采集样本包括外周血、组织细胞、骨髓等，在北京诺禾致源科技股份有限公司、北京吉因加科技有限公司进行高通量靶向测序。测序原始数据可用于分析相应疾病的基因突变特征。This dataset comprises next-generation sequencing (NGS) data of genomic DNA from patients with histiocytic disorders, with a total of approximately 73 cases. The samples were collected in Beijing between 2016 and 2020, including peripheral blood, histiocytes, bone marrow and other specimen types. High-throughput targeted sequencing was conducted at Beijing Novogene Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Geneplus Technology Co., Ltd. The raw sequencing data can be utilized to analyze the gene mutation profiles of the corresponding diseases.
