该数据集用于枯草芽孢杆菌（B. subtilis）的两组比较实验：其一为rok突变体与野生型（wild type）的对比分析，对应样本1至4；其二为rok-comK双突变体与comK突变体的对比分析，对应样本5至8。本实验采用单条件设计，包含上述两组比较，实验设置了染料互换步骤，并完成了4次生物学重复。
