Huesken-et-al-Dataset: GLMM and GLVMM input tables used in the manuscript 'Land use drives trematode dynamics in a restored stream system' (unpublished). Four tables present sampling site characteristics, water parameters, snail and trematode species richness, trematode prevalence, Shannon diversity, and trematode species abundance for a two-year monthly assessment of trematode communities in the Boye catchment, North-Rhine Westphalia, Germany.
