Differentially expressed transcripts in comparison of cv Leccino vs Ogliarola salentina infected by Xylella fastidiosa. Each unique transcript is categorized by MapMan and Log2Fold expression values calculated by DESeq2 analysis. Transcript categorization was further verified by BLASTX search against nr database. 本数据集包含感染快速木质部杆菌（Xylella fastidiosa）的莱奇诺（Leccino）与奥利亚罗莱·萨伦蒂纳（Ogliarola salentina）两个栽培品种的差异表达转录本。每条唯一转录本均通过MapMan注释系统完成分类，且附带经DESeq2分析计算得到的对数2倍变化（Log2Fold）表达值。转录本的分类结果进一步通过针对非冗余（nr）数据库的BLASTX序列比对得到验证。两个栽培品种的上调与下调差异表达转录本分别存储于独立的Excel工作表中。（XLSX格式，文件大小10197 KB）
