经柯尔莫哥洛夫-斯米尔诺夫检验(KS test)鉴定得到的显著KEGG通路(KEGG pathways):在正常结肠(normal colon, NC)、癌旁正常黏膜(normal tumor mucosa, NT)、腺瘤(adenoma, AD)与癌(carcinoma, CA)四个样本组中,至少三个组内纯结肠隐窝上皮细胞(colonic crypt epithelial cells, CEC)与黏膜(mucosa, MUC)的两两比较结果显示上述通路具有统计学显著性。
