This dataset contains 771 differentially expressed genes identified from bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA) patients undergoing chemotherapy. The analysis was based on RNA-seq data obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database. Using edgeR, we identified 415 downregulated and 356 upregulated genes associated with chemoresistance. Functional enrichment analyses (GO and KEGG) revealed key metabolic pathways such as cholesterol and phenylalanine metabolism involved in BLCA chemoresistance. This dataset is integral to understanding the molecular mechanisms driving chemoresistance in BLCA and may aid in the development of novel therapeutic strategies.
