NGS detection of a Choroid plexus tumo

NGS detection (OncoDrug-Seq pan-cancer) was performed to identify genetic variations across hundreds of genes that are highly associated with tumors, with the sequencing platform being MGISEQ_T7_R1100600200017. The resulting data was aligned with the human reference genome (version hg19) using BWA-MEM software.

本研究采用OncoDrug-Seq泛癌二代测序（Next-Generation Sequencing, NGS）检测方案，鉴定数百个与肿瘤高度相关基因的遗传变异，所用测序平台为MGISEQ_T7_R1100600200017。所得测序数据通过BWA-MEM软件比对至人类参考基因组（版本hg19）。
