MS-DArT-seq - BRASUZ1 files

Input files to support the paper: "A cost-effective approach to DNA methylation detection by Methyl Sensitive DArT sequencing."<br>The code to reproduce the results presented in the paper can be find at GitHub: <i>https://github.com/wendelljpereira/ms-dart-seq</i>.<br>Besides the deposited data, it is necessary the download of the <i>E. grandis </i>genome and genome annotation v.2.0 (<i> (<i>Egrandis_297_v2.0.softmasked.fa</i>; Egrandis_297_v2.0.gene_exons.gff3</i>) from Phytozome (https://phytozome.jgi.doe.gov/pz/portal.html) to reproduce all results.<br>

本数据集用于支撑论文《基于甲基化敏感性DArT测序（Methyl Sensitive DArT sequencing）的低成本DNA甲基化检测方法》。<br>可复现该论文所述结果的代码已托管于GitHub：https://github.com/wendelljpereira/ms-dart-seq。<br>除本数据集已归档的配套数据外，若需复现全部研究结果，还需从Phytozome数据库（https://phytozome.jgi.doe.gov/pz/portal.html）下载巨桉（E. grandis）参考基因组及v2.0版本基因组注释文件：Egrandis_297_v2.0.softmasked.fa、Egrandis_297_v2.0.gene_exons.gff3。
