Arylmethylenecyclopropanes 1 can react with 3-methoxy-1,3,3-triarylprop-1-yne 2 or 1,1,3-triarylprop-2-yn-1-ol 2-OH to give the corresponding
functionalized methylenecyclobutene, cyclobutane, and cyclopropane derivatives in the presence of Lewis acid BF3·OEt2 under mild conditions.
A plausible Meyer−Schuster rearrangement mechanism has been proposed.
芳基亚甲基环丙烷(Arylmethylenecyclopropanes)1可在路易斯酸三氟化硼乙醚络合物(BF3·OEt2)存在的温和反应条件下,与3-甲氧基-1,3,3-三芳基丙-1-炔2或1,1,3-三芳基丙-2-炔-1-醇2-OH发生反应,生成相应的官能团化亚甲基环丁烯、环丁烷及环丙烷衍生物。目前已提出了合理的迈耶-舒斯特重排(Meyer−Schuster rearrangement)反应机理。
