A transcriptome deep sequencing (RNA-seq) analysis was performed using ovaries collected from 10Y and npf1 plants in order to reveal the molecular mechanisms that underlie CsNPF1-controlled parthenocarpy. Additionally, a Dap-Seq study was conducted to identify the genome-wide binding patterns of CsNPF1 and to investigate its role in regulating parthenocarpy in cucumber.
本研究以10Y与npf1植株的子房为材料,开展转录组深度测序(RNA-seq)分析,以揭示CsNPF1调控黄瓜单性结实的分子机制。此外,本研究还通过DNA亲和纯化测序(DAP-seq)实验,鉴定CsNPF1的全基因组结合模式,并解析其在黄瓜单性结实调控中的作用。
