Activating MKL1/SRF pathway to target breast cancer metastasis

To test whether activity of the mechano-sensitive transcription factor complex, MKL1/SRF, can be exploited to reduce breast cancer metastasis We performed bulk RNA-seq of control, MKL1 overexpressed (OE) and caMKL1 OE in LM2 and 4T1 cell lines. We also performed bulk RNA-seq of control, low and high expression of LifeAct in LM2 cell line.

为验证机械敏感转录因子复合物MKL1/SRF的活性能否被用于降低乳腺癌转移，我们对LM2和4T1细胞系中的对照组、MKL1过表达（OE）组以及组成型激活MKL1过表达（caMKL1 OE）组开展了批量RNA测序（bulk RNA-seq）。此外，我们还对LM2细胞系中的对照组、低表达LifeAct组与高表达LifeAct组进行了批量RNA测序。
