Dataset for bibliometric analysis of hospital scientific output in Scopus in Peru

This dataset contains the processed spreadsheets used in the bibliometric analysis of scientific output from Peruvian hospitals indexed in the Scopus database, covering from the foundation of each institution up to the year 2025. It includes extracted metadata, classification by hospital level and location, and calculated indicators such as Hospital Scientific Production Index. The data were processed using Microsoft Excel.本数据集收录了用于开展Scopus数据库收录的秘鲁医院科研产出文献计量分析的经处理电子表格，数据覆盖时限为各机构成立起至2025年。数据集包含提取得到的元数据、医院层级与地域分类信息，以及经计算得出的医院科研产出指数（Hospital Scientific Production Index）等各类指标。所有数据均通过Microsoft Excel完成处理。
