In this experiment we analyse SMC1 binding to DNA in RPE1 hTERT c-Myc ER cells treated with 4-hydroxytamoxifen for 48h or untreated. We have used RPE1 hTERT c-Myc ER cells (biological replicates) 48 hours after 4OH-TM treatment or control. For each sample we have the input and the SMC1 antibody pull down.
本实验旨在分析染色体结构维持蛋白1(SMC1)与DNA的结合情况,实验材料为经4-羟基他莫昔芬(4-hydroxytamoxifen,简称4OH-TM)处理48小时的RPE1 hTERT c-Myc ER细胞,以及未处理的对照组细胞。本研究采用了经4OH-TM处理48小时的RPE1 hTERT c-Myc ER细胞及其生物学重复样本,并设置了未处理的对照组样本。针对每一份样本,均包含Input对照样本与SMC1抗体pull-down样本。
