IODP Expedition 349 Titration

Various chemical constituents (most commonly chloride) were measured by titration using either an autotitrator (chloride) or a manual titrator (other compounds). Chloride was measured by ion-selective electrode and a silver nitrate titration until all chloride is bound as silver chloride.本数据集采用滴定法（titration）对多种化学成分（最常见为氯化物）进行检测：氯化物的检测使用自动滴定仪（autotitrator），其余化合物则采用手动滴定仪（manual titrator）。氯化物的检测通过离子选择电极（ion-selective electrode）法与硝酸银（silver nitrate）滴定法完成，直至所有氯化物均转化为氯化银（silver chloride）。
