Dionysos and Ariadne

Dionysos and Ariadne sit on rocks, accompanied by a panther and a Sileinos holding a bunch of grapes. The style of this repoussé relief is similar to that of the one from Paramythia, also displayed in this showcase. Bronze box or hinged mirrors continued in popularity into the 2nd century BC.
