Studying relation between microbiome present in Egyptian shrimp ponds and shrimp yield using nanopore metagenome sequencing

Discovering microbiome in Shrimp ponds and it's relation to shrimp yield at the end of the farming cycle. Due to the abundance of microbial communities present in the shrimp pond, we use metagenomics to analyze all kinds of microorganisms that might affect shrimp growth.

本数据集围绕虾塘微生物组（microbiome）展开，旨在探究其与养殖周期结束时虾类产量的关联。鉴于虾塘中存在丰富的微生物群落，本研究采用宏基因组学（metagenomics）技术，对所有可能影响虾类生长的微生物开展分析。
