Library Use, 1978

This survey was in 1978 conducted by Statistics Norway on assignment from the National Library Inspection as an addition to the Labour force survey (AKU) 3rd quarter 1978. The purpose was to gather information about people's usage of public libraries and opinions concerning existing and new library services, emphasizing on mapping obstacles to public library usage and reasons for why people are using or not using the library services. In households with children aged 3-15, it was also inquired about the children's usage of the public library.

本调查由挪威统计局（Statistics Norway）于1978年受国家图书馆检查署（National Library Inspection）委托开展，作为1978年第三季度劳动力调查（AKU）的补充项目。本次调查旨在收集民众对公共图书馆的使用情况，以及其对现有与新增图书馆服务的看法，重点在于梳理公共图书馆使用的阻碍因素，以及民众使用或不使用图书馆服务的原因。对于家中有3至15岁儿童的受访家庭，调查同时询问了儿童使用公共图书馆的相关情况。
