Evaluation of pea (Pisum sativum) landraces under certified organic and low-input management in Portugal (2022–2024)

This record contains two datasets evaluating pea (Pisum sativum) landraces under certified organic and low-input management in Portugal during the 2022–2023 and 2023–2024 growing seasons. The trials were led by LSSV as part of the Horizon Europe LiveSeeding project (T1.1 Dynamic Management of Plant Genetic Resources). DS2. PEA_LSSV_2022-2023 – Pea Trials 2022–2023 contains trial data from the evaluation of pea landraces during the 2022–2023 growing season. DS3. PEA_LSSV_2023-2024 – Pea Trials 2023–2024 contains trial data from the evaluation of pea landraces during the 2023–2024 growing season. The evaluation covered plant, flower, pod and seed characteristics, phenology, plant health and vigour, disease and pest incidence, Rhizobium presence, yield, protein content and sensorial characteristics, complemented by photographs of flowers, pods and seeds.
