The gut microbiota is a vital "organ" of insects, playing an essential role in their life cycle. With the gradual revelation of the biological functions of the gut microbiota, the abundant microbial and digestive enzyme resources in the insect gut urgently need to be developed and utilized. Based on microbial, gene recombination, and methods for combining enzyme inhibitors, zymography, and mass spectrometry, the protease resources in the gut of omnivorous Gryllotalpa orientalis were explored. Four proteolytic bacteria were screened and identified as Priestia aryahattai, P. megaterium, and Serratia surfactantfaciens.

肠道微生物群(gut microbiota)是昆虫不可或缺的重要"类器官",在其生命周期中发挥着关键作用。随着肠道微生物群生物学功能的逐步阐明,昆虫肠道内蕴藏的丰富微生物与消化酶资源亟待开发与利用。本研究基于微生物学技术、基因重组技术,以及结合酶抑制剂实验、酶谱法与质谱分析的研究方法,对杂食性昆虫东方蝼蛄(Gryllotalpa orientalis)肠道内的蛋白酶资源展开了探究。最终筛选并鉴定出4株蛋白水解细菌,分别为Priestia aryahattai、P. megaterium及Serratia surfactantfaciens。
