Efficacy of The Rediscovery Process RCT and cohort study

A randomised controlled trial evaluated the effect of the intervention on substance usage, flourishing, impulsivity and recovery capital compared to TAU, using a wait list control and intervention group.The outcomes of the cohort (the immediate intervention group (IIG) plus the wait list group (WLG) after attending the TRP) and variance in outcomes from referral route, were evaluated pre, 1 month, 3 months post intervention.<br>

本项随机对照试验采用等候名单对照设计，设置干预组与等候名单对照组，对比该干预措施相较于常规治疗（Treatment as Usual, TAU）对物质使用、心理蓬勃状态、冲动性及康复资本（recovery capital）的干预效果。本研究同时评估了由即刻干预组（Immediate Intervention Group, IIG）与完成TRP后的等候名单组（Wait List Group, WLG）组成的队列的结局指标，并分析了不同转介途径下结局指标的变异情况，所有评估时点涵盖干预前、干预后1个月及干预后3个月。
