Transcriptome of different lines of Arabidopsis thaliana

Arabidopsis leaves from 1-week and 4-week-old plant lines (WT and tal1) in SD conditions were harvested and crushed in liquid nitrogen for RNA-seq.在短日照（Short Day, SD）条件下，收获1周龄与4周龄拟南芥（Arabidopsis）野生型（Wild Type, WT）及tal1株系的叶片，将其置于液氮中研磨破碎后用于RNA测序（RNA-seq）。
