LIN1, LIN2, LIN3, LIN4, and LIN5 represent the five bacterial consortia obtained during the experiment, while BS044 and BS0046 correspond to the native environmental samples used for comparison. Sequencing data are provided as paired-end reads, with _1 and _2 files corresponding to forward and reverse reads, respectively.
