This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for Patella depressa, common name black-footed limpet, to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Darwin Tree of Life Project (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/). The data under this project are made available subject to the Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/).作为达尔文生命之树计划（Darwin Tree of Life Project，官网：https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/）的组成部分，本项目收集了针对黑脚帽贝（Patella depressa，俗称black-footed limpet）生成的基因组与转录组数据，以助力基因组组装与注释工作。本项目产生的数据将遵循达尔文生命之树计划开放数据发布政策（Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy，政策详情：https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/）进行共享。
