Single-cell RNA/TCR-seq datasets from Cohorts 1–4 in an NSCLC study

This dataset contains single-cell transcriptomic and TCR sequencing data from Cohorts1–4 used in the NSCLC study. Cohort123.combined.adata.h5ad.gz contains the in-house scRNA-seq data from Cohorts1–3. Cohort1 comprises EGFR-mutant NSCLC patients treated with neoadjuvant immunochemotherapy, Cohort2 comprises EGFR-wild-type NSCLC patients treated with neoadjuvant immunochemotherapy, and Cohort3 comprises EGFR-mutant NSCLC patients treated with neoadjuvant targeted therapy. Cohort4.combined.adata.h5ad.gz contains the additionally curated scRNA-seq data from previously published public datasets, including LUAD samples with available EGFR mutation status. C1C2_scTCR_data.csv contains the corresponding single-cell TCR data from Cohorts1 and 2, including cell barcodes, TCR sequence information, and cell-type annotations. The two .h5ad.gz files are stored in AnnData format and can be read directly using Scanpy without manual decompression.
