本数据集源自茂名市人民医院上报人统计表系统的科室事件上报数据统计信息，包含所在科室、Ⅰ级事件、Ⅱ级事件、Ⅲ级事件、Ⅳ级事件、无等级等关键业务数据，以及基于这些数据计算得出的事件风险值、科室风险、风险等级等内容。数据经脱敏、标准化、分析处理后形成结构化数据集，用于评估各科室的事件风险等级，支持医疗质量监控和风险管理。

This dataset is derived from the statistics of departmental incident reporting data from the reporting statistics system of Maoming People's Hospital. It includes core business data such as affiliated department, Level I incident, Level II incident, Level III incident, Level IV incident, and ungraded incident, as well as derived metrics including incident risk score, departmental risk, and risk level calculated based on the above data. The data has undergone de-identification, standardization and analytical processing to form a structured dataset, which is used to assess the incident risk level of each department and support medical quality monitoring and risk management.
